Mexico was lovely as always.

Florida conference was good too! 

Michael W. Smith showed up and led worship, prayed over us, blessed us, and did an intimate concert for us that was just incredible. He shared his heart for some of his songs and stories behind others, just an amazing experience.

Oh, and Hannah got an internship at the Capitol! She is going to be a Deputy Legislation Director for a House member!!! Still hasn't heard from Ted Cruz's office, so she took the job!

Updates!

Sooo, I'm going back to Africa, finally!!! In about 6 weeks actually. Our team has already started meeting and it seems to be a really great group. I couldn't be more excited to get back and see all that God has done in the last 8 years.
In a little over a week, Josh and I are headed back to Mexico for our annual long weekend getaway! I love these trips so much and I'm so glad we started this tradition a few years ago.
This summer the kids and I are headed to England and Ireland! My mom was supposed to join us to visit the countryside where she spent some of her childhood but wasn't feeling up to it, so the kids and I will carry on in her honor.
I also have some smaller trips coming up;  Florida for a conference and Arkansas for Erin's wedding!!! Yes my summer daughter is getting married!
I'm thrilled with a busy travel schedule these next couple of months. That is definitely my happy place.
Plus it keeps my mind off the fact that Hannah is leaving in 4 months and I have to figure out what I want to do with my life :-)

P.S. Hannah had her first phone interview for the internship and it went really well! Waiting to hear..
