On the weight loss front - I have been totally stagnant the last 2 weeks. I have to believe I'm just gaining muscle weight, (based on the solidness of my legs). If I don't believe that, I fear I will lose all hope. I have been running and stretching almost every morning. I DO think my flexibility has slightly  improved however. I guess we'll see in class tomorrow.
